We are a retail store that specialize in Office Furniture, Stationery, Parrot Boards and Christian Literature.

We Supply to Corporate Clients, Schools, Home Offices, and the public.

No deliveries will be made on public holidays and during weekends.

Delivery is subject to stock availability at the time with distributors and is dependent on geographical location.

The delivery estimate will commence from when payment is reflecting in our bank account and not from the time of order.

Next business day delivery means that delivery will take place before 5:00 pm the following business day only once payment has been received.

Same day delivery is subject to the client placing and paying for an order before 1 pm.

For all orders follow the below delivery estimates. Please note that these estimates are based on stock availability and are subject to the receipt of your payment in our bank account.

Important:

  • We offer a 14 day return policy. Unfortunately, we can’t refund or exchange your product after 14 days.
  • Eligible returns must be in there original packaging, and in the same condition they were received in.
  • Returned items must have a proof of purchase.
  • The items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • We reserve the right to charge a 10% handling fee or reject any return bought in error.

The following is exempt from returns or refunds:

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Cartridges:

Cartridges will not be exchanged, please check your cartridges before you open them.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
